Challenging life events aren't just something that happened in the past—they are something the body remembers. Long after the events, they can echo in your nervous system, your thoughts, your relationships, and your sense of safety in the world.
Whether they are rooted in abuse, neglect, abandonment, or other life-altering experiences, the impact often shows up in the present: disconnection from your body, anxiety that won’t settle, emotional overwhelm, disrupted sleep, or the sense that you're stuck in patterns you can’t explain.
And yet—what may feel like a breakdown is often the beginning of a breakthrough.


A Path Forward
This work is grounded in the here and now. It is not stuck in the past. We don’t rush to retell your story. You actually don't have to retell your story for this process to be effective. Instead, we listen—to your body, your breath, your energy, your intuition and the way the story is showing up in you. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and compassionate attunement, we begin gently reconnecting the parts of you that have gone quiet or protective.
You’ll learn how to be with your experience in a new way: with curiosity instead of judgment, with steadiness instead of shutdown. Using the tools of breath, presence, body awareness, and imagination, we create space for healing to unfold naturally.
You don’t need to force your way through this. You learn to feel your way—slowly, safely, with skill and support. This is how you begin to live a new story.
