STUDENT AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Ample research shows that 21st century skills building programs support resilience, enrich social-emotional learning, develop concentration, reduce stress, and boost happiness.
Designed to reduce stress, nurture a sense of confidence, and support overall well-being, as well as how to introduce mindfulness skills that maintain a calm, kind, and dynamic school environment.
A supportive learning environment ensures students and teachers practice mindfulness techniques that are easily woven into the classroom, during recess, at home, and in community environments.

self-awareness, creativity, productivity, confidence, and positivity.
Trauma Healing and Resilience (THR) Programs
True healing and empowerment programs equip participants with the skills and confidence to know and grow in the core competencies of what has been provided.
The Trauma Healing and Resilience (THR) Program has been designed to skillfully transfer knowledge to participants so they can release deep tension in the body and mind, develop personal trust and insight, and begin to take effective, positive action in their lives - personally and professionally.
The complete training is currently being delivered in three modules over the course of 12 months to survivors of human trafficking, violence and abuse, and NGO staff who support survivors in South Asia.
This program is offered through the nonprofit ReVision - Trauma Healing and Resilience.
